Rental Solution for Crowd Control
Stanchion Rental in Lethbridge
Lethbridge is southern Alberta’s event hub, and it runs a genuinely mixed calendar — exhibition programming, two post-secondary campuses, a convention trade and a strong arts scene. Most orders here are larger than the town-scale jobs closer to Calgary, and more of them are indoor.

Events we supply in Lethbridge
The exhibition and agricultural programme sets the outdoor scale: shows, fairs, rodeo and trade events that need perimeter and spectator separation across large open ground. Barriers carry that, and the runs are long.
Indoors it is registration and arrivals — convention programming, campus convocations and open houses, conference days, award nights and the arts calendar. Belt stanchions handle the volume at the door, and rope stanchions with a runner handle the events where the entrance is being photographed. Convocation is the clearest example of both happening at once.

Delivery to Lethbridge
Lethbridge is a longer run south from Calgary, which mostly affects how we schedule rather than what we can bring. Campus and exhibition addresses usually come with a dock and a fixed access window — send us that window with the enquiry and we will build the run around it.
What delivery to Lethbridge comes to rests on two things: the address and the size of the order. A convocation queue and a full exhibition perimeter are the two ends of the range, and the second changes the vehicle as much as the count. Send the campus or grounds address along with your dates and the run is itemised on the quote.
Book ahead for peak dates — convocation season and the spring and fall exhibition programme fill first. Outside those there is no minimum notice, so a date inside either is the one to send early.
Lethbridge questions
Can you supply a university convocation?
Yes, and it is a good example of an event that needs both kinds of equipment at once. Belt stanchions shape the arrival and seating queues, and rope stanchions with a carpet runner mark the processional route. Send the room, the route and the expected numbers and we will work the layout out with you.
Do you deliver across southern Alberta beyond Lethbridge?
Yes. We take orders across the province, and southern Alberta addresses are quoted the same way as any other — send the event address with your enquiry and it is settled on the quote.
How many belt stanchions does a registration hall need?
Work from the shape rather than the headcount. A straight lane needs a post roughly every 8 ft of belt, a switchback needs a post at every turn, and posts stand at both ends of every span. Send the floor plan and expected arrivals and we will work the count out with you.
