Rental Solution for Crowd Control
Crowd control rentals in Calgary
Everything on this page does one of two jobs: it shapes a queue, or it makes an entrance look like an entrance. Whichever of those it is decides most of the rest of the order.
People forming a line — registration, check-in, a bar, a gate — want belt stanchions: an 8 ft belt that draws out, clips on and winds back flat, so staff can redraw the lane as the evening changes. An entrance that will be photographed wants rope stanchions and usually a carpet runner under them, because a draped velvet rope reads as an occasion in a way a belt never will. A crowd that is outdoors, on its feet, or likely to press against something needs none of those — that is what barriers are for.
Most events need more than one. An outdoor launch with a queue wants barrier on the perimeter and belts inside it; a gala wants a runner, ropes either side and belts at the registration desk. Ordered together they arrive on one delivery with one contact and one collection, which is why the whole event belongs on a single quote rather than chasing three.

How renting works
1. Send your dates
The dates, the quantities and where it is going. Email is the only field we insist on; the rest can follow.
2. We quote it
An itemised quote, with delivery priced for your address.
3. We deliver
It reaches the venue inside your access window. Having the crew set out and strike is optional.
4. We collect
Collection afterwards sits inside the delivery figure — one truck, one charge.
