Events we supply in Canmore

Canmore is a straightforward run west on Highway 1 and access is easier than in Banff. For a course-based event the useful thing to send is the route map rather than a count, because start gates, finish chutes and spectator lines are set by the geometry of the course.
What delivery to Canmore comes to rests on two things: the address and the size of the order. A lodge entrance and a race finish chute with spectator separation are the two ends of the range. Give us the venue or course address with the dates and the run is priced into the quote itself.
Book ahead for peak dates — the summer festival and race calendar and the winter programme both book early. Outside those there is no minimum notice, so a Bow Valley weekend is worth confirming ahead.
Canmore questions
Can you supply barriers for a race start and finish?
Yes. Sections are 6.9 ft and interlock into a continuous run, which is what a finish chute needs — a line that holds its shape under pressure from both sides. Send the course map with the start, finish and spectator areas marked and we will work the section count out with you.
What suits a corporate retreat entrance?
Usually rope stanchions, sometimes with a runner. It is a small amount of equipment doing a specific job: marking where the event begins and making the entrance photograph well. Tell us the width of the doorway and the look you want and we will suggest the post colour.
Do you deliver to lodges outside the town centre?
Yes. Send the physical address and tell us where a vehicle can get to and what the unload looks like. Mountain venues vary a lot on that point and it is much better settled before the quote.
